dayofdotnet.org — Remember http://www.digg.com/technology/_.Net_programmers_are_one_of_the_top_5_most_in-demand_jobs ? Many regions in the US are forming their own community driven conferences. Think Ohio Linux fest, but for .NET instead. Southeastern Michigan is starting off with some excellent speakers (rumored are some DotNetRocks hosts).
