Good tip. This, along with turning on Line Numbers in the source code editor, is the first thing I do with a new Visual Studio install.

Consolas as the New IDE Font of Choice

I just installed Consolas and find that it doesn't look so good unless you turn on ClearType. When using the "Standard" font-smoothing setting in Windows (because I'm using a CRT, not an LCD), Consolas seems to look worse than Courier New. But that's just me. ;-)
