Use Twitter To Stay On Top Of The .NET Programming News
@senfo: The Twitterstream is like a massive, always-on party line. At any time of day, any day of the week, I can tune in and pick up bits and pieces of the latest ongoings in tech, biz, whatever events are ongoing at the moment. I use Twitter to get the scent of the latest and greatest goings-on, then turn to Google Reader and whatnot to further research a subject. Twitter is also great as its own form of "search engine" or lazyweb -- if I need opinions, input, criticism, or just plain, raw knowledge, I can ask for it, and usually get it pretty much immediately. Yes, the format takes a little getting used to. Yes, the quality of the experience is going to be greatly affect both by the people you choose to follow, and how, precisely, you choose to interact with them. Once you get the hang of it, it is sweet, sweet goodness. :D
